Temporary Coordinator: 13 weeks for approximately 5 hours pw Fee £750. 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and capable professional, who is committed to supporting community arts and events, for our Autumn Youth Programme.

The project will culminate in a final event 22 December 

This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of a programme of community art and sports events the Greenway Centre from Children in Need funding bid .
The successful candidate will be:

• Knowledgeable and experienced in coordinating
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
• Able to demonstrate leadership and team working skills working with art professionals, youth workers volunteers, casual staff and partners.
• Able to plan to ensure the best use of resources including planning and coordination of the various group sessions and events taking place.
• An excellent communicator with a range of stakeholders and centre users.
• Able to work on own initiative, and take responsibility for organising a team of creative and sports groups delivering the community centre’s youth programme 

You will have the opportunity to work with professional artists, community centre members and other organisations that are part of Greenway Centre to coordinate the smooth running of the Autumn Youth Programme of community based arts and sport events which is sustained by building links to key partnership groups, volunteers and other organisations.

This position will require an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure. Due to the nature of the service, candidates must be able to work flexible hours.
