SNEINTON FESTIVAL 2012 will kick off at the AGM on 1st December.

Please come along if you have ideas for next year’s Sneinton Festival or even if you’d just like to find out what it’s all about!  The group really welcomes new faces, new ideas and thoughts for how this community festival can continue to be well-loved by the community!  A number of committee members have expressed an interest in stepping back from being so involved with the festival this year due to other commitments, so we’d love to see new people interested in getting involved.

There are lots of fantastic and varied volunteering opportunities from getting involved in coordinating music, to helping design promotion materials, playing music, contacting schools, liasing with the press and local radio, taking minutes at meetings… the list is endless!

The sort of festival we end up with is shaped by the people who get involved in organising it! If you want to see something happening as part of Sneinton Festival, this is your opportunity to get involved and make that happen.

The group will organise a crčche facility if you have childcare requirements. There will also be light refreshments available on the evening!
