NTU architecture students hit Sneinton

As part of the next stage of Alchemy's Sneinton Vision project, 80 architecture students from NTU will be looking at the area and making hypothetical proposals for 3 sites on Sneinton Dale and Colwick Road.

The public are invited to view and comment on the students' initial research and ideas at St Christopher's Hall, Trent Road, from 10am-5pm on Friday 27th January. The students will use the feedback to develop their designs for the three site. A selection of the designs will go on public display sometime in March.

Although the students designs will be theoretical and not linked to any real-world development proposal, they will be very useful to try out the draft Sneinton Neighbourhood Design Vision. And (who knows?) they might inspire some exciting and positive developments in the future.
