BBC Radio Nottingham presenter John Holmes will lead a guided walking tour of Sneinton on Sunday October 9th. Meet at 12:30 outside BBC Radio Nottingham (booking required).  

"Join BBC Radio Nottingham's John Holmes for a gentle walk around Sneinton. You will take in a nature reserve, see Colwick woods, discover a great mathematician and their windmill. As well as visit the birthplace of General Booth, founder of the Salvation Army. The walk will be steady, about two miles long, wear sensible shoes.
