It was Heritage Day at Sneinton Market on 8th September. A busy market with 24 stall holders gave us a glimpse of how busy the market might have been in decades past, whilst a fascinating display of old photos and stories about the market spoke about the incredible change and continuity there has been in this area.
Sneinton-based undertakers AW Lymn put on a fantastic show of old vehicles for the Heritage Day- a 1960s London Routemaster bus and no less than 3 Rolls Royces dating from 1929 to the present day.
