Above: The parade featured Brazilian dancers, a samba band, 80s themed music and a very tall lady.
The weather was kind and the parade was very well organised and supported. Whilst there were fewer activities than previous years, the atmosphere at Trickett's Park was relaxed, with a focus on the main stage acts. Once again, the Festival was peaceful, with police reporting no incidents at all. | Above: The main event at Trickett's Park was blessed with warm weather and a chilled out atmosphere.
Come along to Sneinton Alchemy's next community meet-up on Tuesday 15th July, 6.30pm at TRACs 60 Sneinton Hollows, where we will be discussing the Festival legacy and asking "what's next for Sneinton Festival?" |
