There will be lots of activities for adults and children including arts and crafts, climbing wall, bouncy castle, face painting, head massage, healthy food and much more. There will also be a lot of opportunities to learn more about living healthily, with free health 'MOT's, blood pressure and strength and fitness checks. Quick cricket, Zumba and drumming exercises too!
