More than 7 months after we reported that developers had begun on a row of new shops on Sneinton Dale, excavators are finally back on site.
Last time work was abandoned after a bit of scratching round, let's hope the eyesore site, which has now stood derelict for three years following the demolition of the former Dale Cinema/Aerborn factory, is finally going to get a new lease of life!
