  It was a reminder too of how sharing food can bring a community together, and how important the social network is to reaching people across Sneinton. The real strength behind the Community Organising model is the way it builds informal and formal networks around shared concerns and visions- the feeling in the room was that each person there brought with them a whole section of the wider community. Thanks to CO Steve for all his hard work organising the event, coping with last-minute technical hitches and being the sharpest dressed person in the room.
